UV500 Winding Adhesive
UV500 is a curing adhesive for fiber-coil winding. It evenly coats the coil body to secure the wound fiber in its set state and prevent stripping and breakage. With moderate viscosity and good fiber wettability, it dispenses and pots easily. After curing, its wide operating-temperature range suits long-cycle winding.
UV100 Pigtail Adhesive
UV100 is a UV-curable silicone-rubber adhesive curing via siloxane addition crosslinking under UV light. As a fiber buffer layer, it removes stress from mechanical and thermal sources, protecting the fiber. Highly photo-crosslinking-sensitive, the cured gel is uniform, soft, and low-stress, keeping low modulus over its operating range. With low water absorption and excellent low-temperature performance, it cuts temperature-induced fiber loss. Safe to store and use, its curing is adjustable.
H01 Fiber Coil to Substrate Bonding Adhesive
H01 is a two-component epoxy adhesive bonding fiber coils to metal substrates. At a fixed mass ratio it has low viscosity, good wettability to coils and devices, long pot life, fast mid-temperature cure. Cured, it gives high bond strength and toughness, resists thermal/humidity-heat shock, serves a wide range, and has long room-temperature sealed shelf life.
