Polarization-maintaining (PM) dispersion compensating fiber jumpers are made of dispersion compensating fiber (DCF) and are suitable for applications that require precise control of system dispersion. Both ends of the polarization-maintaining (PM) dispersion-compensating fiber jumper are matched with a section of conventional device polarization-maintaining fiber to minimize loss when connected to other PM fiber jumpers. Both ends of the jumper adopt high-precision polarization-maintaining optical fiber connectors, which have low insertion loss and high return loss.
